It's pretty hot today.
I played my friends trumpet while walking home, up the steep hill. I got it sounding pretty good, and I even played a scale in one go! It is such a good feeling to pick up an instrument you hardly know and be able to play it well.
It's pretty hot today, and the sky is really blue. Laura bought me a 30 cent iceblock at lunch. One of those iceblocks in the tubes, and it slipped up and out of the wrapping onto the ground. I was laughing so much that I started to drool.
It's pretty hot today, and ice in water bottles melt and look like shards of metal all stuck together.
