saw phil elvyrm play last night, luckily! i nearly didn't make it, seeing as i'm still underage and he was playing at 12 o'clock. before hand i got to have thai food with my friends mum's friends, as she had her art exhibited in an art gallery up the road from where phil played. so my friend and i sat around with arty types, and a woman sitting next to me convinced me to sign up with a job agency. you'd think this would get my mother off my back, but no, far from it. she's hassling me about nearly everything right now.
but anyway...
phil was great, and i'm so glad i got to see him after spending so much time listening to the microphones. he has such a great voice, and just goes nuts on stage (in a good way). it made me so happy to see him.
he wore white pants, sandles and a red t shirt and i asked what his middle name was - as he asked if anyone had any questions. and apparently his middle name is whitman, like walt whitman, but i couldn't even tell if he was joking or not.
