I blacked out today for the first time in a long time. Went ghostly pale, had huge cramps, laid down outside on the cold concrete and wailed in pain. Got driven home, wailed a bit more and went to sleep. Woke up, made myself a sandwich, and felt fine. That's the way it seems to happen though. All of a sudden I feel like I'm going to die, the next I'm up and about making myself something to eat.
