randomness this afternoon while feeling sort of sad:
peering into houses on night time walks, you can see the flashes and flickers of mostly blues and yellows from the television reflect onto the ceilings and walls of the lounge room. voices of people on and off the t.v and and the clatter of kitchen utensils being used. night time car drives, you can see the same things, as well as maybe seeing a person walk in or out of a room, but you can only hear the sound of cars driving around you, and the radio station playing. I once heard the simpsons television theme start as I was on the phone to someone ordering take away from my work and thought it was, i don't know... sweet, or just thought "yep, it's 6 o' clock."
I am listening to the ventures christmas album, and it is april....
